 Ro Collection and Client agree as follows: 1. Client – Client agrees that they are of legal consenting age and does not suffer from any serious psychological mental health issues associated with body image. 2. Payment – Client agrees to pay owner current rates for all hair care and services provided by Romeisha Deloatch occurred during their appointment.  A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit/payment is due upon booking. Any balance or additional charges shall be paid at the time of appointment. Client authorizes Ro's Collection to charge the credit card on file for any services provided. Client agrees that client shall not leave the facility until all charges due are paid in full or proper payment arrangements are agreed upon by both parties. Consultations are FREE if you book your services before or during your consultation. However, if you attend a consultation appointment and decide not to book a $25 fee may be accessed if owner is not doing a promotional FREE consultation promotion for all.*ALL Reservations require a credit card number to hold or a cash/check deposit of $25. Payment services like Cashapp, Apple Pay, and Paypal may be used when approved by Owner. 3. Cancellations - Appointment reservations must be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to date scheduled for check-in. If a reservation is not cancelled Ro's Collection has the right to charge credit card the $25 cancellation fee. 4. Business hours vary and availability can be found on website. All other special emergency services times may be arranged by appointment only with an additional charge negotiated with Owner Romeisha Deloatch. It is preferred that minimal to no guest attend appointments. Guest must be approved by owner in advance. 6. Use of Photos – Client, I AGREE or I DO NOT AGREE to my photos being used by Ro's Collection for promotional content, website, social media, or print purposes. Photos will only be used for business purposes. Please understand that by signing this waiver and agreeing to services your photos will be taken as standard procedure to measure results pre-and post care and between sessions. 7. Recommendations – It is the client responsibility to read all information and recommendations associated with your respected services prior to your appointment time. It is encouraged that you ask all questions during your first session.   By signing this document, I agree that I am voluntarily participating in body sculpting services at my own risk. Fully aware that Ro's Collection will not be held responsible for any physical or psychological injury, pain, suffering, illness, economic or social loss. Understanding that these injuries or outcomes could be a result from my own post care negligence. Understanding that my results are contingent upon my commitment to follow the consultation suggested plan and that I am responsible for maintaining my results. Regarding services during my appointment(s) provided by Ro's Collection, I may be found by a court of law to have waived my right to maintain a lawsuit against the parties being released on the basis of any claim for negligence. I have read and understood this document and I agree to be bound by its terms.
