Our Mission
Our mission at The Ro Effect is to inspire Confidence and Self-expression by providing Innovative, Top-quality Hair, Coloring, and Styling Services. I strive to create a welcoming, empowering atmosphere where each client feels valued and leaves feeling THAT girl. With each visit, my goal is to make you want to return time and time again. To enhance your experience, we also offer complimentary snacks and drinks for your luxurious service.
Cancellation Policy
A 15-minute grace period is allowed for all appointments. After 20 minutes with no communication, your appointment will be canceled, and you will need to reschedule.
To ensure a smooth experience, no extra guests are permitted unless communicated in advance. Children may only accompany you if arrangements are made prior to your appointment.
Deposits are required to secure your appointment and are non-refundable, except in cases where the cancellation is due to my error. Remaining balances can be paid in cash or through CashApp/Apple Pay.
Please arrive with your hair clean, free of products, and blown out. Wash services are available for an additional $25.
